Almond Banana Smoothie
Boost your heart health with this delicious, low fat drink redolent of greek yogurt, almonds, ripe banana and honey.
Serves 2.
Ingredients
2 cups milk, chilled
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup greek yogurt/low fat ice-cream
80g ground almonds
2 small ripe banana's, mashed
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve cold.
