Almond Energy Mix

Makes 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole natural almonds, dry roasted
  • 1 cup sunflower kernels
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup rasins
  • 1/2 cup sultanas
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

Preheat oven to 150 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine almonds and sunflower kernels. Sprinkle with soy sauce and giner. Toss to coat evenly; spread on baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.

Cool completely. Add rasins, sultanas and dried cranberries, toss.

Store in an airtight container.
