Garlic Almonds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole natural almonds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and toss until nuts are well coated. Transfer to baking tray and arrange into a single layer. Place in the oven and cook until the nuts begin to colour (approximately 20 minutes). Transfer to a paper towel to drain and set aside before serving.
